Mary is a very dynamic person who commands your attention the minute she walks into a room. I have had the pleasure of installing dreads on this beautiful woman a few times now. Each time, I get to know her a little more. What I do know is that she has knocked my socks off since the moment we met. I want to be like Mary when I grow up, seriously.
She was one of the first people who had heard of me through word of mouth. So, when she contacted me for dreads I was really excited, and a little scared. She was also the first person to refer to me as her ‘Hairdresser’, and that just tickled me pink. As a side note: she is also the person who has submitted the most Fan Photos on my Facebook page. Love ya too girl!
She is an amazing mom to two ridiculously handsome and intelligent boys. She is an art student at the University of Washington (who is only two credits away from her Bachelors degree now!), a proud PTA mom, one of the VP’s of the Seattle Girls of Leather. Mary, A.K.A. Nightmare is a fantastic graffiti artist in the Seattle area. Mary participates in a ton of charity events over the many things she is involved in. Mary is also the owner of www.grafcards.com. You can find her supporting Seattle through her art, volunteering, and being a voice in her community.
Mary, you rock!

Mary is an inspiration for sure!!! I adore her. You are also amazing! I love the work you do! My hair is a bit too long for it and I am a broke artist as well, lol! I will however be referring you to everyone I know! Thank you for this awesome article about my friend Mare, and thank you for adding to her already brilliant beauty.
Tamara! Thanks! And long hair is no excuse to not have dreads!
Naomi (featured previously) had hair down to her waist when I did her install. However, I also do dread falls (there is an Etsy link on the upper right hand side of the site). Knowing that you do some fabulous tattoo work, if you’re ever interested in bartering let me know.
Yes! Bartering is the wave of the future! Thx ladies! You are awesome!!! Thanks to you both. Muah!
