By ordering products from Dreadnaught Darling, you agree to the terms and policies listed below. If you are confused or have any questions regarding any of the terms and policies, please send an email to dreadnaughtdarling@gmail.com.
Processing Time:
The processing time for your order starts from the date the payment is collected until the item is shipped. This does not include travel time for the item to be received or arrive. Processing times are currently 20 – 25 business days.
Rush Orders:
Sometimes customers need items before a specific date! I do accept rush orders. Please e-mail me to inquire if I am able to complete a rush order within the time frame you are requesting, I need at least 2 weeks notice. There may be some exceptions if you are a local client. Prior to requesting a rush order, be advised that it will cost an additional 25% of the full cost of your order. This is in addition to RUSH shipping costs.
Returns/Refunds:
Dreadnaught Darling does not accept returns on any hair pieces (dread falls, dread kits, braids or hair accessories).
If there is something wrong with your order please let me know (wrong color, damaged, length, style). I will be happy to work with you to correct any error that may have been made.
Shipping:
All orders in the United States are shipped through USPS Priority Mail or UPS with delivery confirmation. Dreadnaught Darling will ship international items through International First Class or UPS international. Dreadnaught Darling is not held responsible for international customs, VAT, or any other charges you may encounter as an international customer. You are responsible to contact your country’s customs office, postal service or any other agencies PRIOR to completing your order.
Return To Sender / Send Backs:
Please double check your mailing address is correct prior to sending your custom order request. Failure to prove a full, correct address will result in packages being returned. In the event this occurs, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee if the item needs to be re-sent. If your package becomes stuck at the post office you are responsible for retrieving the item prior to it being returned to sender.
Pricing and Payment:
Prices depend on things such as length, thickness, accents, materials and other accessories. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices are non-negotiable. Payments will only be accepted in USD.
Dreadnaught Darling will not begin working on your custom order until payment is received. Payments are accepted via PayPal via PayPal invoice (which allows payment via credit cards and debit cards) or Dwolla (or cash if you are local). Dreadnaught Darling does not accept personal checks, bank transfers or foreign currency.
Please be advised that Dreadnaught Darling does not accept deposits or payment plans on any orders. All orders must be paid in full upon order. If an invoice has been issued to you and has not been paid within 30 days, the order will be cancelled and you will need to place your order again.
Allergy Notice:
Dreadnaught Darling is run out of my tiny home, The Fortune Cookie. I have one fantastic dog named Riley. He is a shih-tzu and they are known to be hypo-allergenic. There is another dog on the premises owned by my landmates. Her name is Jada, she’s a boxer, who never comes in my house. I keep both the animals away from my hair supplies while I am working. However, if you have severe allergies to dogs I would recommend ordering hair supplies from another seller.
